He's at it again NephisToyBox on Amazon.com

Nephi Davis is at it again. He now operates NephisToyBox on Amazon.com. There's already a victim.
Since this blog is primarily to get word out against frauds being perpetrated, I want to put the word out so people will see his name...the name of his business...and know he's dishonest and deceitful in his business practices.
Since the amounts aren't making this a felony, let's hope the state will realize that eventually, the

Nephi Davis You Suck

On September 15th, 2008, I won the auction for the shirt above.

I paid promptly via Paypal the $7.99 which was bid. (Shipping was included)

I had checked the seller's feedback rating and he had over 130 transactions with no negative feedback, so I felt safe bidding on the item. The seller's HANDLE was Broken_Bow_Apparel.

The money was sent to the seller via Paypal and received. After that, I sat back and waited.

After one week of not getting the item, I went to look at the shirt and noticed a few negative feedback being posted about people not receiving their items. I was alarmed, but decided to wait the 20 days which was put on the shirt as shipping time.

Two days before the 20 days were up, I received an email from Broken_Bow_Apparel@Gmail.com. Here is what it said:

Hi rettamichaels,

Thank you so much for your recent purchase from Broken Bow Apparel!
As a new ebay seller I am striving to build a business that delivers a quality
product for an unbelievable price. As listed my items have a 20 day handling
time which allows us to keep overheads very low and prices cheap. Being new
to ebay I didn't realize this was too long for most folks, and we got hit with a few poor ratings and complaints though we were within our advertised timeline.

We are making every effort to rush orders and change our handling to speed
things up. Your item will be delivered shortly, and your patience is so greatly
appreciated. We hope to earn your business and trust and appreciate the chance to serve you. If you have any questions please feel free to email anytime to brokenbowapparel@gmail.com

Thank you for your business!

On Saturday, October 3rd, 2009, I still hadn't received the shirt, so I went on eBay to see the shirt. This is when I noticed a lot more negative feedback from more people stating they hadn't received their items.

What I noticed at that time was a follow up on one from the seller which stated this:

LITERALLY HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF SHIRTS BEING DELIVERED THIS WEEK. THANK YOU!
........................

Needless to say, I thought he had actually shipped out the shirts when the first email arrived, so I'd receive it by Monday October 05, 2009. So, I waited.

On Monday afternoon (October 5th), I checked the shirt and saw a LOT more negative feedback. The number was up to 37 negative!

At that time, I emailed the seller and told him I would not be giving him any favorable stars on the shipping portion of the transaction because the item hadn't arrived during the 20 day period.

Later Monday evening, I went and this is what I found:

That told me the seller had shut his eBay account as I'd not gotten an email from eBay telling me they'd shut it.

It was at that time I filed the Paypal claim.

The seller's real name is Nephi Davis. There are only two of them in the United States. One is the Sr. and one is the Jr.. The Jr. is the person who is selling. He's originally from Knoxville, TN., but he's relocated to North Ogden, UT.

He's got a Facebook and MySpace account and he's got several photos. I'm not posting them here, but he looks like a very likable guy.
He's got lots of girls who like him, so apparently, he's likable.

On another site, it has his photo with him catching a really large fish. Once again, he doesn't appear to be wet, so the guy who was fishing with him found him likable enough to not throw him overboard!
The guy had over one hundred and thirty positive feedback and yet, he said he was new to eBay.

What's ironic is now, I look at that post he put on the reply and I'm wondering if he wasn't accepting delivery for hundreds and hundreds of shirts. I'm wondering if he ever had the shirts he had on eBay and I'm wondering if he meant to do it as a fraudulent activity.

I'm upset enough about this transaction, I started this blog where people can post their own fraudulent transactions. Whatsomore, I want Nephi Davis name out there on the net so when a girl who might be interested in him does a search, his name comes up as a fraudulent seller. That way, she'll see that since he's not honorable in his business life, he won't be honorable in his personal with a relationship.
